My certified lettered arrived there Sept.12, 2013. They couldn't find my mother's address. She has been at the same P.O. box for 18 years. The important, time sensitive documents I mailed sat around in USPS limbo for a month before they were returned to me in Michigan as "undeliverable"! Now I have to send them again, FedEx. Worst post office experience in my life.
